Pixelize

You all know those pictures where they take lots of small different pictures to make 1 big picture?

Well, I always loved them and it seems it easy to do in ubuntu.

(the post is made for ubuntu 7.04 but still applies to 8.04)

This program isn’t usable if you don’t have A LOT of pictures on you pc.

I have 553 and the results were very, very bad. The guy in the link had 2500 and things were starting to look good.

These are the results when you try to “pixelate” this picture with only 553 photos:

note: I put a blur on it because there were some private (no, not in that way) pictures in there.

You can already see some resemblement but I just have too less of material to work with.
